Team Axess is an international, leading manufacturer of ticketing and access management systems. Each type of lift ticket sold by Ragged Mountain Resort, including Mission: Affordable Season Passes, are available for purchase on our website and can be reloaded onto any RFID card using the unique WTP Code found on the front of the card. These products include all dated lift tickets, both full day and our new Flex Four Hour ticket. You can also purchase our new Lower Mountain Lift Ticket. The only items that cannot be purchased are tubing tickets, College-Cut tickets, NH Resident Tickets, and any Jr. Lease Season Passes.
Yes it does! When you first purchase a Season Pass, you will also need to purchase an RFID Card for $5. You can then reload your RFID card with additional Season Passes in subsequent seasons. Your RFID card will have a unique WTP code on the front that is the code you will need to enter when purchasing your season pass for the 19/20 season. It is important to enter your code correctly so that your RFID card is activated.
You can easily reload your unique RFID card online at raggedmountainresort.com/lift-tickets. You will notice a WTP code on the front side of your RFID card. This code is unique to your RFID card and will need to be entered when prompted during check-out.
The type of RFID card that will be issued by Ragged Mountain Resort has a recommended life of 5 years by Axess. This is a life cycle that has been established through their own testing and experience of the card to their manufacturing standards. If your card is broken, has a hole punched in it, or has been damaged in any way you will need to purchase a new card, unless it is the result of manufacture defect, in which case your card will be replaced free of charge.
Please notify Guest Services immediately so they can deactivate your card. This will keep it from being used by another guest. You will then need to replace your RFID card. The cost for a replacement RFID card is $25.
Please bring your RFID card to Guest Services. They will inspect the card to try to determine why the card is not working. If your card has been damaged, you may need to purchase a new card. The cost for a replacement RFID card is $25.
Any ticket voucher will need to be brought to Guest Services to redeem for the ticket value of the voucher. If you do not already have an RFID card, you will need to purchase one for $5. Once you have this RFID card, you can use it to the fullest capability including reloading it online at raggedmountainresort.com/lift-tickets
